Product delivery period will be mentioned under each product, kindly refer to the product duration before placing an order. We will not be able to promise an earlier delivery after you place an order. For any urgent deliveries/queries, please contact us on +91 9891145400. Please note that deliveries can be affected in case we do not receive any of the below information on time:

Shipping
we have partnered with the most efficient shipping services, however in the case of our partners causing delay, we do not share responsibility for the delay. We ensure a satisfied experience at RITIKA MALHOTRA and will try our best to rectify the situation if any delays occur.
We ship worldwide. The shipping charges for all shipping within India is free and is completely borne by us. However, the shipping charges for international shipping will be additional and will be charged based on the weight and volume of the product and the country where the delivery is being dispatched.
In case of any alterations in the garments shipped internationally, return shipping should be borne by the customer as we request the client to check the size chart before hand.
For International orders, the logistics company will contact you for the payment of the applicable taxes and duties in your home country. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the taxes are paid within the stipulated time and products are cleared for delivery.
Delivery Policies
RITIKA MALHOTRA uses third party logistics and dispatches for all its courier services. RITIKA MALHOTRA is not responsible for the timely delivery of the products in case of any delay from the logistics team.
For all delivery within India, RITIKA MALHOTRA bears the costs of shipping services. However, international shipping charges are requested to be paid by the client. Once the client pays full price on order (exclusive of delivery charges) a member from TEAM RITIKA MALHOTRA will reach out to the client with delivery charges for international shipping, based on the weight and size of the product. Additionally, client will need to pay for any duties or custom charges if applicable. Order will be dispatched once client pays delivery charges along with garment charges.
We do not accept CASH ON DELIVERY.
Undelivered Outfits
RITIKA MALHOTRA will dispatch the outfits as promised to the client upon receipt of full payment. If the client wants to collect the outfit from RITIKA MALHOTRA store, the outfit will remain with RITIKA MALHOTRA store until the said delivery date. However, if the outfit is undelivered and returned back to us or has not been picked by the client, Ri RITIKA MALHOTRA will re-connect with the client to re-attempt the delivery. In the event that we are unable to contact the client, we will hold the outfit with us for a period of 6 months. In case of no communication/response from client over this 6 month period, the garment will be re-used for other purposes.
All product prices are exclusive of GST.
